The Ivy Hills Condos originally had a 3-tab shingle roof and had issued an insurance claim. We were able to upgrade the facilities with a dimensional shingle roof and control costs. We upgraded the shingles, replaced the chimney caps, repaired the chimneys, and gave the place a great new look and a 35-year factory warranty in addition to our workmanship warranty.
